When you connect your Meta Ads Manager account, you grant us permission to access:
- Ad account information (account names, IDs, currency, timezone)
- Campaign, ad set, and ad details (names, status, objectives, budgets, schedules)
- Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, CPM, CPC, ROAS)
- Audience and targeting information
- Creative assets and ad copy (images, videos, headlines, descriptions)
- Pixel and conversion events data
- Business Manager and user permissions information
Google Ads
When you connect your Google Ads account, you grant us permission to access:
- Account structure (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads)
- Performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, quality scores)
- Audience and targeting settings
- Ad creative and extensions
- Conversion tracking data
- Account settings and billing information
How We Access This Data
We access your advertising platform data through official APIs provided by Meta and Google. This access is:
- Initiated only after you explicitly grant permission through OAuth authentication

- Fetched on-demand when you request reports or insights, or at scheduled intervals for automated reporting

Choice and consent

You explicitly consent to us accessing your advertising platform data when you connect your Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads accounts through our OAuth authentication process.
Revoke Access
You can revoke our access to your Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads accounts at any time by:
- Disconnecting the integration within your AskBuzz.ai account settings
- Revoking permissions directly through Meta Business Settings or Google Account permissions
- Contacting us to request immediate disconnection
When you revoke access, we will immediately stop fetching new data from your accounts, retain historical data for up to 30 days for billing and dispute resolution purposes, and permanently delete all your advertising data upon request (subject to legal retention requirements).
Access, correction and data portability
You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including your advertising data. Where possible, we will provide this information in CSV, JSON or other easily readable machine format. You may also request that we erase or transfer the personal information we hold about you.
Notification of data breaches
We will comply with laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach. In the event of a breach involving your advertising data, we will notify you promptly and provide information about the nature of the breach and steps being taken to address it.
Complaints
If you believe that we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you in writing.
Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from our e-mail database or opt-out of communications, please contact us using the details below or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication.
Third-Party Platform Policies
Your use of AskBuzz.ai in connection with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, Google Ads Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and the respective API terms of these platforms.
